Regalado Promoted to Loan Processor

Pinnacle Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Crystal Regalado to Loan Processor.  Regalado joined the staff of Pinnacle Bank in July 2021 as a Teller/Customer Service Representative.  In her new position, she will be assisting the AVP/Loan Operations Manager to provide full-service processing for all types of loans.

With her customer service, bilingual skills, and attention to detail she will be a great addition,” said Lindsay Halverson, AVP/Loan Operations Manager at Pinnacle Bank.  “Crystal has an enthusiastic drive to learn more, which will help to make this transition that much smoother.”  

Regalado graduated from Marshalltown Community College with a Dental Assisting Certificate and has almost 2 years banking experience.  She resides in Marshalltown and has one daughter, Melanie.
